Bernadette (Bunny)'s Story
Station in Augusta, Ga. with Army husband; adopted a daughter, divorced 3 yrs later. Remarried 4 yrs later, lived in Germany for 3 years, returning stateside in 1977. Enrolled in college again, completed the RN nursing program, graduating in 1979 with BS & AS degrees. Worked at Gulf Coast Hospital until husband was reassigned from Tyndall to George AFB in Victorville, CA. Took further nursing courses & earned a BSN degree.

rtment of Corrections. Of the 20 years, 10 years were spent as a Sr. RN Staff Nurse and the last 10 as a Sr. RN Supervisor at Calhoun Correctional. I retired in Apr 2006, to take care of my mother who died Mar 10th this year. I remarried Aug 8, 2006. I have a daughter who is 42 and a son who just turned 36. I also have one gran-daughter who will be 20 in Sept and a grandson who is 13. Currently, they all live in the Bristol/Hosford area.
I hope to take the motor home out of mothballs and do a little camping and traveling.
